Lie-down Form Shooting

One-hand form shooting, unless you need the guide hand to balance the ball.

 

Form Shooting

One-hand form shooting.

 

No Rim Drill

5-spot shooting — make 3 swishes from each spot.

 

Pivot Shooting

Face away from the basket, pivot to square up, shoot.

 

Balance Shooting

Balance on the dominant foot, bend down to touch the ball to the floor, then shoot (off one foot).

 

Range Shooting

Move back one step on a make, move in one step on a miss.

 


 

Free Throws

Shoot free throws for 5 minutes, counting makes.

 

Self-Toss Jump Shot

Self-toss a bounce pass, catch with a jump stop, shoot.

 

Sweep Pull-Ups

Sweep the ball below the knees into a one-dribble pull-up jump shot.

 

One-Dribble Pull-Ups

One-dribble pull-ups going right, middle, left.

 

Step-Back Jump Shots

Attack to a step-back jump shot, alternate sides.

 

Behind the Back Shooting

Shoot off a wrap dribble behind the back.

 

Between the Legs Shooting

Shoot off a between the legs dribble (take another dribble).

5-spot shooting, make 3 from each spot.

 

Golf

5-spot shooting, how many shots to make 2 from each spot.

 

7 x 5 Shooting

Make 5 of each shot: right-hand layups, right-hand power layups, shots from the right elbow, foul line, left elbow, left-hand power layups, left-hand layups.
