5-spot shooting — make 3 swishes from each spot.
Face away from the basket, pivot to square up, shoot.
Balance on the dominant foot, bend down to touch the ball to the floor, then shoot (off one foot).
Move back one step on a make, move in one step on a miss.
Shoot free throws for 5 minutes, counting makes.
Self-toss a bounce pass, catch with a jump stop, shoot.
Sweep the ball below the knees into a one-dribble pull-up jump shot.
One-dribble pull-ups going right, middle, left.
Attack to a step-back jump shot, alternate sides.
Shoot off a wrap dribble behind the back.
Shoot off a between the legs dribble (take another dribble).
5-spot shooting, make 3 from each spot.
