Mikan Drill

Regular Mikans, reverse Mikans, same hand finish (right hand off right foot, left hand off left foot), and one-dribble running hooks.

 

Crossover Dribble to Layup

Crossover dribble inside-outside, regular layup, alternate sides.

 

Power Layup

Outside-inside footwork.

 

Crossover Dribble to Power Layup

Crossover dribble inside-outside, finish with a power layup, alternate sides.

 

Stretch Layup

Last two steps are longer for a stretch layup.

 

Cone Touch

Dribble around and touch a cone on the elbow, regular layup.

 

Euro Step

Step out then towards the rim on a Euro step.

 

Reverse Layup

Alternate sides (finish with the dribble hand).

 

Floaters

Attack from the foul line, alternate right-hand and left-hand floaters.
